"Oh, lay off of him," Pepper snapped, noticing how shaken that Steve looked. Tony just rolled his eyes and turned back to his charts. Natasha and Thor shook their heads in scorn before their gaze settled on Steve.

So, I've been slowly becoming a fangirl of Captain America and I discovered people like to put him with Iron Man. And I says to myself, I can TOTALLY get behind that ship.
So I did.
If this sounds like something close to Fight Club, it was a coincidence. I don't even LIKE Fight Club, but I heard there was something like this in Fight Club... >.> I could be wrong.
The Registration at the end refers to Marvel's Superhuman Registration Act, that was to make all superhumans register their powers and identities with the government. While Iron Man supported the Act (to show that superheroes CAN work with the Government), good ol' Cap felt it was an intrusion on the rights of the supers. So, there you go.
Marvel belongs to Stan Lee, or Disney, or whoever owns it now.
