Voldemort always longed for silence.
The constant chattering of his Death Eaters drove him mad. Every so often, when fancy would overcome him, he would find himself slipping out when he was alone (no easy tast, mind you, with a servant like Wormtail), and strolling the grounds of the home they were using as a base of operations.
Even as a child, when his soul was still one whole piece of himself, Voldemort loved the moonlight. The way the moon's glow would light up the dew that clung to the grass was almost enchanting to the wizard.
Scarlet eyes watched the skies, outlining constellations and pinpointing major stars. Pale lips parted slightly as the Dark Lord craned his head back to survey the black blue canopy above.
He paused. Venus... was unnaturally bright this evening. He recalled his lessons, his knowledge of the stars. Venus was called Aphrodite... and Aphrodite was...
"BAH!!"
Voldemort glared.
"Now the sky's going to preach to me about 'love'??" he called out. "Foolishness..."
He closed his eyes, and slowly, he recalled his last encounter with the Boy Who Lived.
"...Harry."
He remembered dueling with him, seeing the boy lose control... seeing him at his feet... tasting the crimson liquid on his lips when he stole the kiss...
"Disgusting magic!!" Voldemort screamed, stamping his foot childishly. "Foolish power!! LOVE IS WEAK!!!"
HIs chest heaved with anger, his teeth gnashed in rage, but he was far from done with his tantrum. He pointed his wand ahead, firing spells and watching the earth erupt in their wake.
One misfiring spell hit a small rock, blasting it into pebbles.
Shoulders rising and falling, Voldemort approached the ruined boulder and plucked up one of the shards.
A lightning bolt...? With enough shaping, perhaps. It was too rough, too raw. Why...with enough care...
Voldemort snarled and threw the stone into the air and firing a curse with all the rage inside him. He grinned almost dementedly as the green light hit the rock and reduced it to powder.
Care, indeed. Love and togetherness... Let the boy muster up all the 'love' he wished.
In the end... death was all that would remain.

"Mr. Potter. In my office!" Snape growled. Harry grimaced and stood up.
"Yes, sir..." He said and walked over to the office door. Snape pushed him inside and shut the door. Draco Malfoy smirked from the back of the room.
"I hope he gives him detention for the rest of the semester!" He drawled.

"Well, Potter...Shall we get started?"
"Professor, are you sure about this?"
"Of course, Potter..."
"To tell you the truth...I've never done this myself before, sir..."

H Potter Fic: Draco x Harry 4
LOVELESS BLISS
A/N: As much as I would love to have him, Draco Malfoy does not belong to me. He, like all the other characters of Harry Potter, belongs to their esteemed creator JK Rowling. Also, certain details in his fic are slightly AU to the series. Other than that...Enjoy!
LOVELESS BLISS
I never knew what love was.
Even at the age of 4, the first time I heard the word love was from Linny, a house elf. She was my favourite, the one who was in charge of looking after me. One night, she read to me a bedtime story, of a beautiful witch with long golden hair, trapped in the tallest tower waiting for her prince to save her. Why

LEIK OMG. 'Arry Pottah? For serious?
Or is that...SIRIUS?? *is shot*
This is so short... It looked longer in my spiral...
Many apologies to you dAs who really liked my other Voldemort/Harry story and wanted more. I'm a terrible procrastinator. Not to mention I dealt with crap. Ah crap, you are the thing that never comes off my proverbial shoes.
Anywho, think of this as a little sequel to Disgust, which can be found here -> [link]
And the next part, Despair, can be found here -> [link]
Harry Potter and all its contents belong to J.K. Rowling.
Their gayness belongs to fandom.
>.> I own this.
